On Monday, the tribunal was told call records and data retrieved from phones recorded Ms Wandelt persistently demanding Madeleine's mother for a genetic test over the past two years.

Madeleine's case in 2007 - at the age of three during a family holiday in Portugal - is considered the most publicized investigations and remains unresolved.

'I Don't Want Money'

A separate recorded message, presented in court, captured Ms Wandelt saying: "I know I'm fat and unattractive like Madeleine had been, but I feel what I believe."

While another instance of Ms Wandelt's recordings with Mrs McCann's voicemail said: "What if there is a small chance that I am Madeleine? What then? Wouldn't that be significant for you?"

"I don't want money, I maintain a life here in Poland, I only wish to know," the recording stated.

The tribunal was advised that via electronic messages, text messages and communications, Ms Wandelt demanded a genetic test, transmitted early photographs to her phone in a attempt to show a resemblance to Mrs McCann's disappeared daughter, and stated to have "memories" from a childhood with the McCanns.

The investigator, an investigator with law enforcement who gathered the information, told the court there "showed no any replies" from Mrs McCann.

Ms Wandelt furthermore contacted acquaintances of the McCanns, as per the communication logs.

On that date, the father responded to a call from Ms Wandelt to his wife's phone, declaring she had "the wrong phone."

During that incident Ms Wandelt deposited a message on Mrs McCann's voicemail stating "I will persist and I intend to demonstrate my point."

Kate and Gerry McCann provided testimony to the court from using a security measure on Wednesday

The court was informed Mrs Spragg developed a connection through digital means with Ms Wandelt prior to assisting her on a appearance to the McCanns' home in that area in last December.

Call logs showed Mrs Spragg had communicated through WhatsApp to Mrs McCann to state the media had depicted Ms Wandelt as "emotionally disturbed" but that she ought to be treated respectfully in the time leading up to the appearance to that location, the county, in that winter.

The court was told message exchanges between the two defendants, in that autumn, discussing endeavoring to get Mrs McCann's genetic material from her bins or from utensils at a dining venue.

"We must assert ourselves," Mrs Spragg told Ms Wandelt.

On the night of the appearance to their residence, Mrs Spragg sent a message which stated: "We are positioned adjacent to the McCanns' house with our headlights off like investigators. I had hoped to accomplish this with another person I never thought I would be engaged in this with the McCanns."

The case continues.
